nutritional database wanted

OK, I have read the forums and tried some of the links like fitday, etc. but I couldn't find anything that allows me to input a specific amount of ounces and find out how much protien its worth.

For example, most of the databases give nutritional info for an 8 oz chicken breast, but what if I only want to eat a 5 or 6 oz serving?

I used to know of a site that had this functionality, but I lost the link.
If anyone knows of such a site, please let me know. Thanks.

Say an 8 oz piece of chicken that you are eating contains 30 g's of protein. You want to eat 6 oz of your 8 oz chicken. 6oz/8oz = 0.75. You are eating 75% of the 8 oz piece of chicken, thereby getting 75% of the 30 g's of protein.

0.75 x 30 = 22.5

Your 6 oz piece of chicken therefore contains 22.5 g's of protein. It's basic math that can be applied to any food serving size like in your question.
