    ami going to die?

thought you were done with IM...?

your question doesn't have a simple yes or no answer.

you should start by reading all of the nutrition stickies. it's a lot easier once you understand the many #'s and the reasoning behind all of them (ex: what your cals should be, and how many from F/P/C). then post a typical diet and it wil be easier for others to comment on what you're doing wrong... and hopefully right!

It sounds like you're a little paranoid... the best thing to do is not be paranoid. Just eat sensibly and train hard, and all will follow. Cheese is good for its casein protein but try to get low fat cheese, or better yet, no fat cottage cheese. As for carbs, I try not to eat any after around 9:00, but if I do, its fine, because a piece of whole wheat toast with cottage cheese at 10:00 isn't going to do anything. Try to get clean carbs though, from sources such as whole wheat pasta, whole wheat bread, whole wheat rice, etc.. High GI carbs like sugary fruit and white bread are ok PWO but make sure you eat them with your whey shake. If are only good until 11:00, then there is something wrong... cook foods the night before and store them for the next day, and plan out your day of eating; just find something that works, or grasp your self-control (shouldn't be hard if you are very dedicated and motivated). Once you have your diet in check, make sure you get a multivitamin and whey at least into your diet. Lastly, give yourself a days break every week and this will motivate you further... eat like theres no tomorrow at mcdonalds, dairy queen, pizza places, or wherever your hearts desire. It's potentially good for your metabolism, and it will keep you on track.

Oh and also, put natty peanut butter in your whey shakes if you want to increase your mass, and before bed have a source of casein like cottage cheese, or a casien shake. Since Casein protein is slow digesting, it will keep your body from becoming too catabolic during the night.
