    What should be my goals???

Hey guys, I'm really struggling with what I should set as my goals. I can't decide whether to bulk, cut, or do a litte of both. I'm 19, male, 6 ft, 163 pounds, not sure of bf % but I wear a 34 inch pants. The only fat I really have is my stomach but you can 't see it when I'm standing up but when I bend over or sit down I have some flab...nothing too major. What do you guys think I should do?

Also, I plan on doing cardio and weights no matter what I really choose, but on some days I plan on doing cardio and weights. Is it better to do cardio in the morning and then weights in the afternoon or do them right after each other?
    Thanks

I wouldn't aim to lose weight - at 163 pounds and 6' you are probably 'skinny fat' (high BF%, low total weight).

I would aim to build muscle and lose fat at the same time...

Stick to a calorie intake just around maintainence, train hard and eat consistently - the changes will be slow, but worth it.

Also - if you are going to do weights and cardio on the same day either seperate them (morning for cardio, weights in the evening) or do the cardio AFTER the weights session at the gym...

Some people will tell you that you should ALWAYS seperate them because otherwise you 'burn muscle' - but at this stage in your training it is not going to be significant and it may actually be beneficial to do some cardio after your weights....

Just what Emma said. Aim for body recomposition, healthy eating, gaining some lbm while losing some fat at the same time.
