    Complex carb meals

Can someone give me some more ideas for complex carb meals? Right now they are made up of oats and spaghetti. I am really getting tired of the two. Especially spaghetti.

    LOTS!!

    Starchy:
Grains - pearl barley, buckwheat, burgul, quinoa, brown rice, basmati rice, brown basmati rice
Grain products - sprouted breads/wraps, oatbran
Legumes - Kidney beans, dhal, black beans, chick-peas, lentils
Starchy Vegetables - Sweet potato, yam, taro

    Other good carb sources:
    Milk
    Fruit

If you are bulking and you find it hard to gain mass:
    Wholegrain pasta/products

brown basmati rice kicks ass hardcore. i find that you can really eat alot of home made sweet potato fries(cook in the oven until cripsy). i can get down about 3 fairly large potatoes if i need a high carb meal. if you top with mustard, they're perfect.

How about fruits and dairy products? I get a lot of my carbs from these two sources. Apples, strawberries, blueberries, yogurt, milk, etc.
