    Bullshit! The new way "SUCKS"

    Ok lets rock and roll. for the past year I've followed this and that and forgot my old way of nutrition. So here it is for all you that want to take the time to read this.
    In 1977 i started lifting weights for the first time. Had no idea what the hell I was doing. After 6 months of this and that I visited a doctor in San Gabriel nickname DR. KERR. This was simple. Your gonna do steroids. The ingredience were Test and Anadrol. After 4 weeks it went from Test and anadrol to test and D-col. Here's the kicker for diet.
    Eat all the beef, whole eggs, cheese, fruit, potatoes (plain) salads and OJ you could.
    Fact no such thing as cutting sports fans just getting hugh.
    Stat's 1978
    H: 6'1"
    w 194 lbs
    chest 44
    waist 34
    arms 15
    Bench Press 1 x 170 lbs

    stats 1985
    H 6'1"
    w 310 lbs
    chest 58"
    waist 41"
    arms 23 1/8
    Bench Press 1 x 662 lbs

    Now what the fuck I'm i doing fucking around with all this 6 meals a day, rice here and there and all this other bullshit.
    Starting tomorrow 6/2/05 I will go back in time and eat when i want and all i want of the above. Oh and these were all whole eggs, ( 20-30 a day) plus 3-4 lbs of beef. Well times just changed. I weigh today 235 lbs with 17.4% bodyfat.
    I will cycle on gear and just eat clean but only when i fell like it and as much as i want. I'll keep you all posted on what happens. By the way I had no cholestrol problems then and not looking for any from this old way of bulking.
    Fuck everything else and it's now my old way.

    waist 38 1/2
    arms 18 1/4

    Its really tough to bulk clean, there is just so much damn volume when you are eating. Mind over body

    You forgot one thing. You are not the same age you were in 1977 and your body certainly isn't going to react the way it did nearly 30 years ago. I speak from experience because as a fellow old fart I certainly cannot eat like I did when I was 17 now and expect to have the same results. It sucks getting older but we have to deal with it.

    So in 1977 with just 6 months of training under your belt, and by your own admission, not knowing what you were doing you went right to steroids. Is that old school ? Let us know how big your prostate gets...

    Its been 90-100 here in AZ. I have been studying like a slave, one more class and Im done. The area where you live (SD to upper Mexico) has the best weather in the world, I miss SD.

    Hey Spike no one said that it was meant for anyone other then myself. whether it's right or not, it's something I need to try and find out. Seems like nothing else has worked, so why not give it a go. If it fails well hell at least I tried.

    Your probably right. Since i live in mexico where it legal to buy them, I don't believe I'll have a problem. Still haven't tried my old way. I must of been drunk that night when I posted this. I just can see myself induldging in 2 doz whole eggs anymore. this cholestrol Thing has me going. Even though my total chol is only 131, i'm not really thinking to see if i can put me in the danger zone anymore then it is now while doing gear

    im amazed that your wasit is bigger than your hips and your cholesterol is at such a reasonable leve. you either have a nack for not allowing that to build up, or you have been eating clean since your old bulking days.

    What the hell does that mean. My hips are bigger then my waist. Where in the world did you come up with that. For the last 7 months my diet is as clean as they come....Whoops except for the occassional case of beer drank in a 4 hour period. Yes I live in Mexico and can drink with the best of them.
