Does anybody know what is the nutritional information of 4 ounces raw extra lean ground beef? Everywhere I look I keep getting different info. also, How many ounces cooked will 4 ounces raw make on the george foreman and how much fat will be taken out on the george?

How much 4 oz weighs after cooking depends on how long you cooked it (how much water it loses) - but it will usually become about 3-3.5 oz in weight... However, although the weight may change, the nutritional data will remain the same. So just count it as having the same info as 4 oz raw.
Also - No one can tell you how much 'fat' is cooked out - so just count it as having all of the fat it started with.
