it seems that ever since ive been doing more and more ab workouts, my stomach has just bulked up. i know i have muscle there, when i flex it pops out. but im guessing even if i have a little layer of fat, my stomach will look bigger?
id love to work on getting rid of that if thats the case. does your stomach really bulk up more with crunches and such?

if you do a lot of weighted ab exercises the abs will grow larger. using non-weighted exercises is the best way to exercise them but not make them grow larger.Originally Posted by marathon22

I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
