I also do HIIT cardio 3-4 days a week. I work outside in the sun all day on the construction site so I geuss i burn alot of calories there as well. I was 196 at the begginning and now 6 days later I'm 189. I was eating around 2300-2500 cals to find my diet, but i bumped it up. Did i make the bulking to cutting transition too quickly, or am i just not that full of food as i was bulking? One more question, This is my off week to rest, should i still consume the same amount of cals even though I'm doing cardio and not lifting? Thanks alot in advance everyone!

I agree, you should add some more milk and complex carbs. Oats, brown rice, sweet potatoes, whole grains, legumes.........
Take out the PB in meals 1 & 2 and also, take out the mayo.
Other than that it looks good.
