I actually find theres some decent prepackaged frozen fish in the grocery store.. Can't remember the exact name but if you look in the frozen foods section you should see some forms of grilled salmon/white fish with different flavors.. I usually go for lemon flavor and it has about 120 calories, very little fat, nearly no carbs and about 22 g's of protein. Its good as a snack, and beats preparation (only goes in the oven or BBQ for about 20 mins).

-You could also buy up some salmon and season it with a tiny bit of olive oil, lemon pepper and dill, then when its done squeeze some fresh lemon on it.. I don't really mind my fish fairly plain so thats pretty satisfying for me.

-As for the tuna, sometimes for breakfast I put a can of tuna into a bowl and mix in a lot of chopped up celery, and carrots, and slice up a few olives and toss them in. I put a drop of olive oil and some pepper, and along with some oatmeal, a multi, 1-2 fish caps and about 750 mL of water, its quite filling.
