Necessity of refeed on moderate carbohydrate diet

Does anyone know the frequency or need of a refeed on a moderate carboyhydrate diet yet lower calorie diet? If I'm not carb cycling is it a tool I should be using?

I did a completely by the book refeed (pancakes and waffles Jodi), on Sunday evening although I probably should've spread it out over more than just one meal and had an excellent workout on Tuesday evening (I did not work out on Mon.)--should I plan on another?

a person with "low" bf should refeed every couple of days. if you have high bf, you can go a week or more. gauge the timings of your refeeds by how you feel too. your body will let you know.

Well - this depends on just how low your calorie level is, just what you mean by 'moderate' carb intake (how much you get per gram of lean mass), how much exercise you are doing (and what type of exercise you are doing), what exactly you mean by 'low BF%', what your ultimate goal is.... etc....

AND - what you mean by 're-feed' (that is - if you mean a 'higher carb day' or if you mean 'all you can eat carb-pig-out'.

Generally, the leaner you are, the lower the carbs, the lower the cals and the more you exercise the more frequent the higher carb days...
