This is just a wild guess.
Eat 6 meals a day. 500 cal per meal 45 grams protein 55 grams carb and 12 grams fat. Thats 3000 calories a day. You can fine tune from there. Cut back on the rice and bread...eat more fresh vegetables and some fruit.

You guys are so mean He obviously doesn't speak English very well and is obviously very new to all this. You gotta break things down for him.

Alex...I'm no expert at all, so I won't be much help. But did you read the stickies? They will give you the basics Guide to Cutting, Bulking & Maintenance

Then if you write out EXACTLY what you're eating.. like this...
    Meal1:
    1/2c oats
    1 egg
    3 egg whites

    Meal2:
    etc....

Write out what your workouts consist of. The more detailed you are the more advice you'll get.
Use a dictionary if you don't know some of the words.

To do that, you need to keep a very close count of cals and macros. Making sure you have a clean diet.

If you are at a higher bf and continue to bulk, you will put on more fat. So before you decide on your cals/macros, you need to first find out your bf correctly and then make a diet plan as per your LBM.

And give up the beer (as you mentioned in another thread)

Because translating from Spanish, "keep", "hold" (as in possessing) and "have" can all be expressed by the same verb "tener"... "yo tengo" = I have/hold/keep. He wants to have a 6 pack. Cut the guy a break. He's trying to learn, and asking for advice.
