    Besides training hard and eating right, there are some supplements that will aid growth. NOTHING can equal the power or steroids, but some natural alternatives exist...

    -creatine
    -glutamine
    -high protein intake
    -1 AD
    -"1-Test" products
    -natural GH releasers

    There are more, but this is the core.
