    carb buster

I found this product called micro-cal that is suppose to prevent carbs from turning into fats in your body and therefore permit you to lose weight.Apparently it is all natural plant based product that was discovered when it was observed that cows were not putting on the beef when they were eating in a field of navy bean plants. Well the way I look at it I can use all the help I can get and if it works for cows why not for me???I have to lose the weight as it making my joints so painful and now it is almost impossible for me to exercise.I know it would help me a lot to get rid of this excess weight.

learn the difference between the good carbs and the bad ones, and then dont eat the bad ones.losing weight does'nt come from a "miracle pill".it comes from working out and eating right.start off with a walking program first. set daily goals on what it is you want to acompolish.when you feel comfortable then try a weight training program.keep your water intake high, stay away from pop, just drink water.but remember, fat loss does not come in miracle pills, just hard work, eating right, and being honest with yourself and believeing in yourself..

Also, the weight beef cattle put on when grazing is actually muscle. That's what we end up eating after they're slaughtered.
