    pro flapjack bars

anyone tried these? if so what did you think of them?

they seem really good to me, quality protein (whey and casein), low GI carbs from the oats, low in sugar and sat. fat

thinking of buying a box, i also like the carb-sense bars from EAS, they seem to have the best 'spec' out of all the bars (low sugars, low sat. fat) and the blueberry flavour tastes great!

they are just too convienient, i'd never make them a staple of my diet, but if i'm out and i get delayed or something its better to snack on 1 of these than nothing right?

If this is them.. 24 gms of fat, that's to much.. 18 gms of protein, that's to little.. Not worth it in my opinion http://www.phoenixathletic.com/store...ck-Bars-72.htm

Had some Chocolate and some Cherry/Almond, the Cherry/Almond tastes like Marzipan! Lots more moist than the old Flapjacks were as well...much improved, good job lads!
Apart from that its great improvement on the previous flapjacks. They taste great and contain a lot less fat. Good Job.
seems like they must have changed the recipie, you had me worried for a moment!

The product in your link is better.. 7.1 gms of fat, only 5 gms of sugar.. ingredients seem O.K. as far as protein bars go..
