Ummm... Well it would depend on who made it (including whether or not you made the sauce or not), what exactly was in it (both in terms of the sause and the other ingredients) and how much of it you ate...Originally Posted by pereari
If it is commercially made (eg: fast food place) - Probably not a good choice.. If you make it yourself (sauce included) and you knew what was in it and how much you were eating... Then it could probably be included in both a bulking or a general weight loss diet (although I would be very careful in adding it to a competition style cutting diet).
