    creatine while cutting......

i've got GNC creatine which supposedly doesn't hold as much water weight.......but my cutting is aimed at a specific two week period late july/ early august, but i'm starting now......will any progress be lost by using creatine while on the cut diet until then?

seems the water will come off fast if i need it to and it'll help keep strength and mass.....

I would recommend sending that back if you havn't taken it yet. I have been using Creatine Ethyl Ester from www.1fast400.com aka bulk nutrition and it has been working wonders and holds absolutely no water weight... for me at least. Everyone that I have spoken to says it is amazing as well... just figured id warn ya tho... it tastes horriffic... but if youre a real man...u can chug it down with some water like I do

Bump to that!! Im a huge fan of CEE, and my only issue is that it makes my teeth feel bizarre, otherwise the taste doesnt bother me too much.

well, on my GNC creatine mix shit, the grape or fruit flavored stuff, i'm actually pretty cut already, not much bloating or noticeable water weight.....in fact, i might not have to do much cutting at all, i'm looking so close to where i wanna be.....
