    worst diet day ever!!

hmm i dunno i think if i post wat i've eaten today and a few ppl tell me how horrible i did and how i'm gonna become a fat ass again that i'll get some motivation back....so here it is...

woke up this morning had, cottage cheese with pineapples and 1/2c of oats. then 3 hrs later i had beef stirloin (baked) and 1c green beans, then 3 hrs after that i had a fruit and yogurt thingy from mcdonalds along with an apple, then i got to work and had a cream cheese pineapple pie (damn it was good!!) and diabetic ice cream, then like an hour after that i had uh...fried clam strips, quiet a few yeast rolls, a lemon meringue pie (well piece of it) and another piece of that cream cheese pineapple pie!!

lately my diet has been shitty (i can say not as bad as this tho) yesterday it was perfect tho, but wednesday wont that great and i neither was monday....where did my motivation go?? damn i think i'll go search for it....

lol i dont feel bad either....well i kinda do, bc i feel like this is becoming a constant thing with me (since school let out) ... i thought it would be easier for me to stick to my diet being that school is out....turns out it's the exact opposite!!

you call that cheating? .. don't worry too much about that, I went to mcdonalds recently and ate 3 cheeseburgers, large fries and large diet coke. It's good for you mentally to eat whatever the heck you want once every 1 to 2 weeks.

I wouldn't worry about it at all, because cheating a few days won't hurt you physically but dwelling on it may hurt you mentally. Hey, you're done school, what a better reason to enjoy all the foods you want for a couple days!

Don't worry about the cheating, just concentrate on clean eating and training once you get back to your routine, and you'll be even stronger mentally.

it also is good for your metabolism to get shocked once in awhile by bad foods or else
it won't work to it's max potential. Sorry, I don't feel like writing out the smart form of
saying that. I would say 1 good cheat meal a week isn't bad at all hell eat 2. You just
have to know when to stop.

the rock has a cheat day once a week n i think it takes the stress off sticking to a diet. but be strict with yourself n stick to it the rest of the week.

Don't look back ~ You're not going that way!

I never cheat anymore, but last time I had a cheat day it looked somthing like this-

    Glass of Milk/whey
    Entire bag of caramel popcorn
5 plates of food from buffet plus 3 desserts
    Gingerbread cookie
    Mcdonalds chicken sandwich
Glass of milk, half a pizza(if I ate it all there wouldnt be any for my mom )
    Several bowls of cereal
    2-3 Cinnamon rolls

And oh yeah, 3 fish oil tablets.
