Read everything you can about diet, nutrition, and training within this and other forumns, also begin to write down what you're consuming and what you're doing at the gym so at least we'd be able to give more accurate advice

![]() Well - in terms of foods and exercise, the best thing to do is start with small positive changes. Don't jump in 5 days a week at the gym and changing your diet all at once because you will only get overwhelmed! I wrote up an outline on diet and exercise for someone a few days ago... If you want, have a read of it - Just click Here (Need some advice....). It should give you a good idea of what types of things you should be eating. For the gym - 2 days a week is fine to start with. If you do a full body weights routine for those two days then that is all you should need. Combine it with 2 or 3 days of some form of cardio activity (it doesn't have to be in a gym - walking, swimming, bike etc are all good) to start with and see how you cope. I gave an outline in the above post too. I hope the above post helps - if you still have any questions then feel free to ask some more! Good luck! |
