    creatine and cutting

    im currently cutting and trying to get a lean look and am happy with the amount of muscle i have at the moment... i was wondering if i started to take creatine would this cause me to bulk up even more and increaes muscle size???
    or would it just help me lean out while keeping my strength and lean mass???
    any help appreciated..

    I'd use whatever you can that is anti-catabolic while cutting if you want to be certain to preserve as much muscle tissue as possible. Especially if you are planning on getting exceptionally lean.

    If something as simple as creatine gets you to add muscular tissue while dieting, please send me some. I doubt you have much to worry about there.
