    Fish Oil

Okay, I just started incorporating fish oil into my diet.
I would like to know how much I should be taking.

I'm 5'9" @ 178 lbs and looking to cut up.
I haven't tested my body fat % yet, but I can pinch an inch.

Anyway, I'm thinking of taking 6 x 1000mg caps per day (1 w/ each meal).
    Does this sound right?

Oh, and I went ahead and bought the ones w/ no scales.

6g a day is fine (anything between 6 and 10g is sufficient).

But you don't have to divide one into each meal. I usually suggest splitting it into 2 or 3 doses and adding it to meals that have a little less fat in them.
