Normal? What do you mean by 'normal'? Because if you are talking about a 'normal' persons diet then you are not going to be talking about a body-building diet.

A 'normal' person may have 6 or more slices a day (some toast for breakfast, a sandwich for lunch and a few slices at dinner too)... But having that much is not the healthiest way to eat a carb source.

Bread is basically empty carbs - it has none of the other benefits of natural sources of carbs. It has very little fibre, water, vitamins, minerals... it does not really 'fill you up' and it leaves you hungry soon after you finish.

I would certainly not eat 'brown bread' - this is just white bread with added colouring... Whole wheat bread is not much better either (contrary to popular belief).

If you do want to eat some bread try to eat something like a sprouted bread, essene bread or pumpernickel bread. These are your healthiest options. I would also try to limit it to 2 slices a day.

no, cakes and shit are not good for you. I like it too. But I try not to eat it. Stick with healthier foods.

You need to do more back brother, try some bent over raises and you will be good.

Your arms have some potential.
