    Does anyone know of any studies on milk protein and satiety?

    I don't have exact figures - but I do know that they do feel whey has an increased satiety effect than casein (partially due to how whey protein isolates are processed - they talk about it here:

    But roughly speaking, the more fiber, protein and water a food contains, the longer it will satisfy...
