    RAW oats?

Anything BAD about eating oats raw? I find it easiest to just dump a cup of oats in a cup of milk and eat it like cereal. Anything wrong with that?

A nurse friend thought it would be hard to digest or somethin... but it hasn't seemed to bother me.
