Ok - For your complete stuff:
FF dairy - milk, yoghurt, cottage cheese, quark etc...
Poultry - chicken breast, turkey breast etc...
Seafood - tins of tuna, salmon, sardines (cheap)... Fresh or frozen fish (buy in bulk and it is cheap), prawns/shrimp, other seafood (more expensive)
Lean meats (at least 92% FF) - Beef, lamb/mutton, pork
Lean game meats - buffalo, ostrich, deer, horse (might be a little expensive)

    Other sources of protein:
Legumes - beans, chick-peas and lentils are all high in protein
Nuts - eg: almonds, peanuts, walnuts
Seeds - stuff like linseeds, pumpkin seeds

But watch the fats in the nuts & seeds as it can add up...

Tuna! Mix with salsa, or oil dressing, or mayo if you're not cutting. It's cheap and easy. Sorry, I don't know if you're a lady or a gent - the ladies have to watch the mercury content I've read. But not us guys.

It's not dicklike man, it's reality. Even though you didn't think she was going to mind, she obvioiusly does, so maybe you should buy your own eggs. What's going to happen if your savings runs out? or when you move out of your parents' house? Arre you gunna call mommy each week and have her buy you groceries? My parents got sick of me eating so much food, so I buy all my own and I'm only 17. Just grow up and take some responsibility instead of trying to deviate from one food, just so you don't have to spend your money of something other than supplements.

i worked my ass off for a long time, and im just taking the summer off. i have upwards of 10 k in savings and im moving out in august, so i have plenty of money to buy whatever i want, i am moving out, and i already do buy most of my groceries.. just not eggs because there isnt enough room in the fridge, and i didnt figure they are that expensive anyways. so im pretty sure you can all go eff yourselves.

taking time off of work to spend time improving myself isnt lazy. im currently taking classes and focusing on personal relationships aside from the time i spend in the gym. i just dont have time to work right now, and since i dont have to, why should i? i think maybe youre just a bit jealous because i am smart financially and know how to bust my balls so i can have a little fun for a summer.

thank you to all of the people that actually had good advice and didnt feel the need to flame me because they had "a hard nock life" growing up. cry me a river and build me a bridge, foreman.

Yeah I'm 19, still live at home, but do my own food shopping, cooking and all that fun stuff.. Once in awhile my parents reinburse me, but it just makes feel better being independent instead of relying on my parents to provide for me after I've been away at school for a year.

Tell your mom to shop at costco for eggs. Shit there $3.29 for 5 doz. Tell her that's cheaper then a piece of steak. If she doesn't go for that plan, pack your bags and run like hell. Good for cardio anyways

Sorry to bring back this old(er) thread, but I used to live in Germany and my family and me would eat horse.

I ate horse sausage and steak. The sausage is about the best meat I have ever eaten. Mixed with garlic and spices, it was delicious. I dont remember the steak too much, but that was good also.
