    Choosing the right booze

Sorry - I did a search and didn't see this topic right off. I was just wondering how to minimize the damage during cutting. I'm practically hitched, so I only drink like twice a month anyway.

Should I go light beer? Or hard stuff mixed with diet coke? I know the best answer is none at all, but it's a long weekend here in Canada.

    Advice? Thanks!! [])

Thanks Foreman - wow, rum has fewer calories than vodka! No shit...it's so sweeeeet.

Iain - maybe you're right. Just kind of feel like I should be making concessions...oh well, beer it is. Where abouts in Ontario are you at? Cute kid, too! Can't even imagine what kids do to your life!!

    Lots of Ontarians here

Where you at BulkMeUp? I work out at System Fitness (High Park 'n Bloor), used to be Super Fitness. It's a two level basement dungeon, but my fees got stuck 3 years ago at $30/month....

I'm always cranky from the constant quitting.

Am downtown. I wo at Bally (now owned by Bloor Valley Club, but still goes by the name Bally as it is more well known) at Bay/Bloor. This is also a 2 level gym, but not in a dungeon. There is one wall of glass that goes up both levels that overlooks Bloor street. So a nice and open feeling. I got a deal for ~$30 as well, but that was 7 years ago. Dont think they do those deals anymore.

If you are only having a few, drink what you enjoy most--as long as it isn't some frozen sugary bitch drink. If it is purple, pink, green etc, you fucked up.

Pretty sweet. Must be lots of pretty people there! My gym, not so much...only near the machines. Which suits me fine, cause I get WAY too easily distracted by the fairer sex when they're doing prone ham curls, bent over one arm rows, DECLINE FLYS!!, well hell, they don't have to be doing anything at all!!!

    I'm not a pervert - I just have a massive libido

(BTW, I'm new here, and didn't read the posting regulations - if I've offended any ladies by being sexist, I'd love to make it up by buying you a few drinks!

Man I've got some posting lag going on. Yeah the smoking ban is good. Forces smokers outside where it's easy to chat up the ladies - "need a light?", "need a smoke?" that sort of thing.

Good stuff Pirate - I don't want to come off as the only sexist on the thread

Like Iain said...go out and have fun. Just don't do it often.

    I recommend Patrone tequila myself.
But when you disarm them, you at once offend them by showing that you distrust them, either for cowardice or for want of loyalty, and either of these opinions breeds hatred against you.
