    Calorie's but where?

I need to boost up my calorie intake if I want to gain some mass, so I was maybe hoping you guys could help me out and post some foods where I can get the amount needed for my body. 5'9" 146. Thanks in advance.

Calorically dense foods include nuts/seeds, nut butters, you could include milk in your protein shakes, weight gainer shakes, full fat dairy products, fish oil caps, olive oil, etc.

Your more energy dense (but still more natural/healthy) options are:
Carbs - Sweet potato, yams, pearl barley, oats (whole or scotch), wholegrain pasta, brown rice, dried fruits... You could also include sprouted grain or pumpernickel breads

Proteins - Milk, whole eggs, lean red meats or game meats

Fats - Olive oil, nuts/nut butters, seeds
