    Macros while on cut?

What is the best ratio of macros on a cut (carbs, protein, fat)? I"m thinking 40/40/20....is that the best for a cut?....or is it better to reduce carbs more?

i have great success during my precontest diet with keeping my ratio like this during the week (carb/protein/fats): 20/55/25 and on the weekend i go nuts on the carbs like maybe 500-600 (healhty carb) grams more during the weekend and keep protein low and fat low (only taking in EFAs)

I don't go off ratio's - They are horribly inadequate for calculating your bodies requirements.

Calculate off your lean muscle mass.

I'd say for the long portion of my cut I took about 60% protein, 20% carbs, 20% protein. I had more carbs toward the beginning, much less toward the end.
