    hello

    hi when im standing up i have a very flat stomach an im not fat at all but when i sit down i get realy realy chubby i know that everyone gets rolls when they are crouched but i am beyond that...what can i do to get rid of it?

    Good diet + Adequate exercise (weight training + cardio) combined to create a calorie deficiency/negative energy balance to remove the fat from your stomach.
