    What should I do???

I am really not sure what I should do right now....let me explain. I am 19 yrs. old, 6'1, and 170 pounds. I have broad shoulders but I would have to say that my body fat % is proly between 15-20%(although the Tanita scale that I have says 12%....not really sure but I wear a 34 inch waist pants. Right now I'm not sure whether I should cut some of this fat off or try and put on some muscle(to about 185 pounds) and then cut. I know everybody says do whatever you want to accomplish first but right now I'm leaning towards cutting. However, at 6'1, in order to lose the amount of body fat that I need to, I would have to get down to 150-160 pounds and I am worried that I would look anorexic or something.....so what should I do?

I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

If I were you I'd bulk for a year or two, then cut.
