    Protein Shakes

I used to have a lot of problems with protein shakes (tried both whey and egg). But now that my digestive system is a bit better I want to try and see how I'd do with protein shakes. Is there one that is usually the easiest on the digestive system? No soy though, I can't have soy right now. If you can recommend a certain brand that would be great too.

    Thanks

I have been using Isopure Zero Carb in Creamy Vanilla (very good tasting), and All The Whey Milk Protein Isolate in Chocolate (also very good).

Isopure can get a little expensive, so your best bet is to wait for a sale at a place like Vitamin Shoppe, or try to find it online at a fair price.

Crazy but is the problem gas. Probably 80% of all of us who take whey find that a problem.

Hey - drop me a line at wheystation@aol.com and give me your address. I will send you a sample of the latest All The Whey flavors....cannot promise anything, but at least, you can try them for free.
