    bulking?

    i am 5'8 164lbs and 12% BF - i am currently cutting - I have never tried to gain mass before - and i have a couple of questions - when i decide to bulk i know i going to gain some fat back - hopefully minimal - how long should i bulk for? should bulk for 10 weeks then cut for 10 weeks and keep doing that cycle or bulk through the fall and winter and then cut 10 weeks before summer? i just dont want to gain too much fat back - also - how much cardio should be done while bulking? somebody please help me out.

    I always looked at bulking as October-April, then may and June cut up, stay lean as long as its beach season ( usually June-September).

    prepare to read! I usually go 12wks with anything seems to be sufficent. During a
    bulk you should keep the cardio down to 1-2 times a week if any. post your diet
    and your routine. Lots of rest during a bulk and proper amounts of protien.
