    dropping bf without weight

    How would i go about dropping bf without dropping weight? I was 205 at 16% but after 3months of beer and junkfood
    Im about 182lbs at 23%bf.
    if anyone has a magical diet please le me know.

    p.s i cant be arsed with much cooking

    You might try to recomp for a short while and see how much muscle memory kicks in. Best bet is probably to cut and then bulk up though. At that weight, you should be able to lose weight but not much of any muscle. Give time and less junk food.
