i want to know what a good breakfast shake is and also what a kind of shake would be good for after a workout. i have been using skimmed milk and fat free natual yogurt with oatmeal and flaxseed in the morning but am stuck for a shake for after workout. any help will be greatly appreciated![]()

Try adding pureed sweet potato
