If you are competition cutting... then no. You would probably want to skip it.
If you are just trying to lose weight then, although it is not your best option, it would be ok (as long as it had a decent amount of protein, not too much unhealthy fats... and if it worked in with your intake for the day).
I would try not to have it EVERY day though.
