They are an excellent source of anti-oxidants (anthocyanidins) as well and have stacks of Vit C and Vit K in them! They are great for your heart, eyes, brain, have anti-cancer properties and help lower cholesterol too...
Not only that - they are REALLY good mixed into a warm bowl of oatmeal where they go all soft and melty and make the oats taste all blueberry flavoured.....
