Protein Shake ---> Damn Shaker!

A little off-topic... but does anyone else have problems with their protein shakers and that little rubber washer/ring inside the screw on lid???? Mine seems to come out everytime just as I screw it on. then when i shake it to mix the protein up it splashes out a little on the sides and usually ends up all over my work clothes (suit). DAMNNN!!!!!

Never had a problem. For some containers the ring comes out, but when i put the cap back on tightly, it sits in place. Maybe try a diferent brand ?

Ya, most of the shakers that I have had do the same. I have an EAS shaker right now that has lasted me quite awhile. It is just now(after a year or so) beginning to lost the ring. I have been able to tuck it back in and it has no problems keeping everything in.

i too do the tuck...

I do the tuck in also and it stays, but sometimes the sneaky little basta'd falls out as I am just about to finalize the tightening down... and then chocolatey poka-dots accompany me back to my office.

Arggg... This happens to me all the time! Many, many times I have turned up to the gym or to work with PP splashed all over my clothes because the seal has not worked!

Drop me a line at wheystation@aol.com - I just got these new shake bottles from Swiss Gear and they are really good and durable. I will send you one IF you promise to try the sample of www.allthewhey.com that I put inside.

Only one of mine leaks. Aparently I overtightend it and thats when the problem started. As long as I don't put it on too tight, the ring doesn't pop out.
