    Exclamation Smokeless Tobacco

Im not 100% sure where to post this. Im helplessly addicted to chewing tobacco, i know its not good, but im wondering if anyone has heard any effects of it on bodybuilding, i know it restricts blood vessels and oxygen flow a little, so I avoid it anywhere near training sessions, but I was still wondering if theres any effects that anyone has heard of or not.

It has most of the same negative effects that smoking does.

I hate the effects of chewing tobaco. I dont do it but I know some people who have done it and its so shity. Your going to have some fucked up teeth and gum disease and might have cancer of the mouth. Smoke cigarettes instead, not to say thats not bad either.

Very bad advise, smoking has all of the bad side effects of chew + it prematurely ages the face and destroys the cilia in your lungs. Smoking is much more damaging and offers you several more form's of cancer.

I used the patch and haven't smoked or chewed in 9wks. I would go to walmart and
spend the 38 bucks for patches and get a shitload of gum. I did both for 10yrs.
