What to eat on off days?

That's the basic question...should I eat the same or less? I figure I shouldn't take in as much since i tend to be pretty lazy on the weekends. But then again, I don't really know and that's why I'm asking.

I eat the same, but I always do some sort of physical work throughout the day whether it be playing catch or shooting hoops or going to the gym and doing some cardio.

    I suck at weekends...

during the week I usually have a set schedule

On the weekend I skip meals, don't train at same times, Etc

I am never home, but at work I take all my lunch w/me
On the weekend I don't know where I'll end up?

it doesn't matter whether you are bulking or cutting... continue to eat just like you would any other day.

It depends on what you want to do, and how 'bothered' you are to organise your meals.

Many people will just eat normally, only they do not have their PWO shake. However, people who are bulking will often replace their PWO shake with a real food meal so they can keep their calories high.

Other people, especially those who are cutting, will cycle their carbs or calories so that they are lower on off days and higher on workout days...

Whilst others will have their rest days as 'treat' days where they just eat what they want to eat and do not stick to a schedule.

If you don't want to think about it too much then just drop your PWO shake - but if you are REALLY inactive then you might want to think about decreasing your intake slightly.
