I usually have this shake as a meal...

Does this meal keep me in positive balance (not catabolic) for 3 hours until my next meal?

    1 cup skim
    1/3 cup oats
    1 scoop ON whey
    1 tbsp natural pb

Looks fine to me but it's suitability for your exact needs would depend on your individual stats (age, weight, BF%, activity etc)

    Thumbs up

I have a similar “meal” like that during the day too (mid afternoon), but with a shorter window, usually 2 hours before my next solid meal. An added bonus is that it’s easy to transport and chug when you’re on the go.

Ya I figure liquid meals dont last as long, so I use them 2 hours before my next meal. Ya I usually chug this before my night class, literally right before I walk into the class...It's hard to eat a solid meal in the car before class this I just chug and as soon as I get out I eat a solid meal
