I know a lot of people use it (esp those on keto type cutting diets due to the medium chain triglycerides) but I stay away from it - it is about 90% saturated fat.

Hi again, I use daily, . I keep in the fridge, set out in the am, and after my first meal(when soft)...i use a butter knife and take a few dips, washing down with water. should be the consitancy of margerine. It actually tastes petty good, but i dont like to eat plain. I also put in recipes, that call for oil..and would taste good with the coconut taste ...IE. oatmeal pancakes (yum)...protien bars...and even some stir frys.
Oh by the way....sucks in eggs ...LOL
