I dont know what to do!

Alright heres my stats...Started cutting at 218lbs I was nice and bulky, real strong but belly was getting ridiculous. So now after months of cutting I'm at 175lbs 9.2% bodyfat. I've lost a pretty noticable amount of size, but nothing that wasn't expected, I also got off the creatine. Do you guys think I should keep cutting until 8% bodyfat? Is there anyway I can maintain my current bodyfat and just put on a little size? Im confused what to do...I was thinking of upping my calories but still to lose fat just really slow as I'm almost done.

I've been doing 2200 cal, and I'm going to up it to 2400 for the next 2 weeks.

    Heres my diet:

    10am - 4 egg beaters 1 whole egg, 1/2 cup oats
1pm - 2 slices ww bread, 1 can of tuna
    4pm - 1 cup skim, 2/3 cup oats, 1 scoop ON
    6pm - 2 scoops ON, 1 banana
    6:45- 3/4 cup rice, 5 oz chicken
9:45- 1 tbsp olive oil or almonds, 5 oz chicken
12:45- 1 cup cottage cheese, natural pb

How does my diet look ? Ive been doing this for past few months been getting real shredded. I dont wanna lose any more mass, what should I do up my cal? Bulk? Maintain? I wanna lower bf just a tad more.
