People take the details of exercise and diet to an extreme.....if you are a top pro then maybe it matters, if not then hell no.
A few times a week I have a 4 hour span in between meals instead of the insisted 2.5-3hr... How bad is this affecting me? Btw i dont do it on purpose, I just can't help it sometimes...

I definitely do...I was soo pissed it wasn't even funny...It was my own fault bad prep but when it hit 4 hours i was sooo mad, the worst is when your stomach is growling.
