    Bananas

Why is it that eating bananas makes my stomach turn and hurt really bad? Is it due to them being high in carbs?? I've never had this problem but for the past uhhh 5 months i have. When it first started doing this i just thought it was something else i ate. But then i ate one the next day and it did it again. I haven't eaten a single banana since.

at the time i would eat probably a banana and CC (+/-) sugar free jello....or something like that. Sometimes i would just eat the banana and nothing else and my stomach would still turn and hurt real bad.

Do you usually make shakes with the bananas? The only thing I can think of, and this may be a long shot, is that maybe you're drinking too many shakes? With me, if I drink too many shakes, I will feel sick to the stomach. Not really sure what to say about pains from eating just a banana by itself, other than are you sure it couldn't be caused by something else?

It is not the 'carb content' as you probably eat lots of foods with higher carb contents and you are fine...

You might just find your tummy does not like banana's - Sometimes people just react badly to certain foods...

You might try organic bananas, it could be the pesticides and chemicals in the produce thats bothering you....
