    No appetite

I have a problem; I have absolutely no appetite. It has got really bad as of late with relationship problems.

For example, today all I have had is a poptart. It is past 3PM and I'm not hungry.

If I force myself to eat, I get to the point where I just hit a wall and anything else I attempt to chew, I feel like I'm going to throw up. What can I do to change this? I've hovered around 140-145lbs for the past2 years - I'm 6'0".

I think you are just going to have to work through the break up sh1t messing with your appitite...For now just do some high cal protein shakes....its a quick meal and you can add whatever you need for the calories you are not getting with food.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

Yeah, if you can't force yourself to eat, take some shakes - preferably with some oats or fruit or pb blended in to make it more substantive...or just drink milk, it's healthy and not hard to take down. I honestly don't see how you can't just force the food down though even if you don't want it...but I guesss I've never been in your shoes so I don't know.
