Hi! I was just wondering if there is anyway to keep your bodyfat at the same percentage all year round and still be able to add on some more muscle without adding a lot of fat??????What type of workouts/diet are you supposed to follow to achieve this??? Thanx guys!
Well, as we all wish this was true, unfortunatly its not.. Unless your on some hardcore roid or your a mesomorph with great genetics , I would say its virtually imposible to gain lean muscle while atleast not getting atleast a little body fat. Hence the terms "bulking" and "cutting". Your best bet would be to start a serious bulk with a good diet this fall/winter, then start cutting as you enter the early stages of spring(for the beach/outdoors) Im actually kinda glad that getting a great body takes hard work..If it were as easy as you wished, everyone would start working out, and achieving the same results. Then you would have nothing to show off(if your a egotistical meat-head like me) + it shows who's really dedicated.
But yea.. Just bulk in the winter, then come sunny weather time, hit that treadmill (IMO)!!
and as the famous John H. goes..
Take care, Viper
Thanxxx BULLETPROOF,this thread contains everything I need it to know aout bulking up without adding much fat!!!!!! VIPER,thanxx for your reply too man!!
There's a difference between not adding any, and not adding much. But remember, for most people, the less fat you gain is also the less muscle you gain. Some people can work out their macros perfect, most can't.
