its generally considered healthy to loose at 1 to 2 pounds a week
nnot much more than that, because you risk loosing lbm and just water weight which will come back very quickly. just take it slow and relax.

eat more protien and drop some carbs off. dont eat any sugar at all. drink green tea around lunch time every day, eat 6 small meals a day.

I just PM you. Check it and I'll help you. What's with some of you assholes. The Administrator wanted more training subj in open chat so what's the difference if it nutrition. If you can talk about your dog, you can talk about diet.
Note: Just like when you were new sometimes we have no idea how to search for sticky's containing the info we need. That comes from time spent on IM. Last thing we need to do is run someone new out. If they prove themselves to be an asshole then fine. But you have to give the newer people some help first.

Bro it gets old someone saying read the sticky's. Man this person just joined. So what if it's in open chat. Do you understand what open chat means. Hey if robert want's more training related things in open chat, I doubt very much if a questioned once in a while pops up in regards to diet. Maybe this will be his or her's favorite section to repond in one way or another. so be it. I'm glad they posted this ? here. I'm willing to help this person and haven't been in the nutrition section in about 2 weeks. So now because of this post here, I have good info to pass on besides telling someone there a fagot or something else.

Ok to satisfy you i edited that out. Seven this is open chat and I know there's a diet section. If people don't want to give an answere then don't. It's open chat and just about anything goes bro. I just hate to see read the stickys. Look there may be two stickys about a topic that doesn't hit home. Then if your new and don't know about the search, well then?. Glad to know that you knew it was a she. Have a great day

Take ur current weight. Multiply it by 12 and thats ur BMR (~).

-Consume about 500calories less than ur BMR.
-Do HITT cardio 3-4x times a week.
-Drink 3-4liters of water per day.
-Eat lots of fruits and vegtables (especialy ones with fiber in it).
    -NO SUGAR
    -No white bread (sugar refined)
-Eat 5-6 small meals a day rather than 2-3 large meals.

I'm going to have to call bullshit on the multiplying weight for BMR. Without saying much, that's so far off correct it's laughable.

And I agree with Tough, your diet tips aren't very good, michael. You say NO SUGAR, yet you say to eat lots of fruit? Do you realize how much sugar fruit has in it?
