And why would you pour the oil out of the peanut butter unless you plan on making a sculpture cause that shit is like Texas Clay. She should have suggested turning the jar upside down for awhile to allow the oil to rise through the peanut butter so that when it's time to open it it'll be easier to stir and all of the oil isn't pooled on top and spills over the edge when you start stirring.
