    New Natural Peanut Butter Out...

So I go to Publix (Local Supermarket) and did my weekly bodybuilding shopping...I usually buy Smuckers Natural Peanut Butter, today I saw a new kind so I gave it a shot...

    Smart Balance Natural Peanut Butter

Seems to have a huge blend of EFA's, and has no oil seperation! Is this just as good? Or even better?

If I remember correctly, Skippy is the "Natural" that has a boatload of sugar. One of the major brands, I'm sure, says "Natural", but dumps sugar in. I guess it's all natural, but not like you'd expect.

    No streetman. That's regular Skippy.

I'm talking about "Skippy Natural," which is a new product.

BTW-just go with the cheapest natty peanut butter you can find. PathMark has a decent brand called Teddy Butter. Its only peanuts and thats all-you have to stir it but who gives a shit.

Heres all the stats (dont know why i couldnt find it on there website):

    2 tbsp =

    17g fat
    2.5 sat
    1g sugar

    Ingredients:

Peanuts, Natural Oil Blend (Flaxseed, Palm Fruit Oils), Salt, Molasses

It also says 1000mg Omega 3, per serving... So how is this stuff?

everything that I have read about Palm Oil has been good, except for the fact that most of it is produced from the crop which is grown in S. American fields that were once rain forrest's and cleared out for this purpose. Palm oil is 50% sat. fats and is good as a replacement for trans fats because it is semi-solid at room temp. so it's a good stabilizer.
They say it actually lowers your LDL(good cholestorol) unlike coconut oil which is also a high sat. fat oil.
