    Comment on my peanut butter?

Can someone comment on the ingredients in my current natty PB?

    Arrowhead Mills
    100% Valencia Creamy Peanut Butter

    Srvng size: 2 tbl spoons
    Calories: 200
    Fat Cals: 140
    Total Fat: 15 g
    sat fat: 3 g
    Sodium: 0
    Cholest: 0
    Total Carb: 6 g
    fiber: 1 g
    Sugars: 1 g
    Protein: 9g
No added Salt, Sugar, or Preservatives

So.. theres no salt.. but there Is 1 g of sugar.. Does this kill it for a bedtime snack? Or is 1 g in this context ok? Do I need to find another Natty? Or would this be pretty symtompatic of most Nattys, and ok to use?

the sugar is naturally found. That pb is perfect, however I find that arrowhead mills is one of the more expensive brands out there. You would do just as well with a generic store brand, just make sure its natural and has the same ingredients. I buy safeway brand when its on sale. I can get a 16oz jar for about 2 bucks on sale.
