    Newbie needing help

    Right im 16, im 6 foot 1 tall, and weight in at 9 stone 1.

    I eat things like sweets (wine gums, chocalate, everyday) i eat macdonalds (every friday) i drink atleast 3/4 litres of coke a week, im sure you get the idea of my diet by now, lol

    Anyway i want to eat more heathly but also want to improve my chest, peks and arms (through weights and food) but i dont know where to start and would like a push in the right direction of what i should be eating.

    Read the diet stickies in the diet section. Your diet is terrible.
